    Biography

    Graduate Research Assistant at FCMF, while pursuing a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering at the University of Tennesse, Knoxville, United States. My current work includes manufacturing of different FRP composites systems using a wide variety of processing methods.

    As a Structural Engineer with more than 5 years of professional experience working in the Civil Engineering field in Lebanon, my previous work included structural design of reinforced concrete buildings and steel structures by FEA, simulation, creation of detailed execution drawings and supervision on site.


    Research Interests

    Retrofitting existing buildings in Knoxville using modular panels made with FRP composite skins and a foam core.

    • MS in Structural Engineering, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Lebanese University - 2016.

    Structural design, FEA modeling, Manufacturing of different FRP composites systems.

    Awards and Recognitions

    Presented a poster on "Composite Lifting Inserts for Precast Concrete Walls" in the SPE EAV conference, Troy, MI - May 2022.
