Biography
Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Fibers, Composites & Manufacturing Facility (FCMF) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her research focuses on materials characterization and computational approaches to advanced composite manufacturing.
At FCMF, Ashlyn conducts thermal analysis of engineering materials to evaluate their processing and performance characteristics. She also develops mathematical models and programming solutions to support ultraviolet (UV) curing systems, contributing to the optimization of composite manufacturing processes.
