Amy is the Research Coordinator at Fibers & Composites Manufacturing Facility, where she focuses on workforce development initiatives designed to educate and inspire the next generation of engineers and manufacturing professionals. Her work emphasizes metals and manufacturing, including teaching students about metal casting, design, processing techniques, and the development of metal components. She also works with robotics and innovative manufacturing technologies to advance the industry, improve efficiency, and create safer, more engaging, and more human-centered manufacturing experiences.
