The University of Tennessee’s Fibers and Composites Manufacturing Facility partnered with AlphaStar to host an additive manufacturing simulation workshop May 8, 2019. The event provided hands-on training with GENOA 3DP software for professionals and students with finite element method experience.

The free workshop drew participants from local industries and UT faculty and students. Due to its success, FCMF plans to host a follow-up workshop in fall 2019.
